Not only does it show as a blank email to the recipient, it also shows as a blank email sent from me on my "Sent Items" email list of Outlook. The form itself does not show, nor does the information that I put into it. The problem is that after I email the form out to someone, it sends as a blank email. I am able to create the actual form by going on "New Email" then navigating to the "Developer" tab and hitting "Design This Form." Then, when I edit the form and save it as a template, which I retrieve by going to "New Items, More Items, Choose Form" and selecting the form under "Standard User Templates" to then actually filling out the form and emailing it to someone.
